Cicadas buzzing in the trees from dawn til dusk….
so creepy
…crickets chirping you to sleep…
it's not a cricket, but he's cute heehee
…songbirds belting out their melodies….
…sizzling food on a grill….
…splashes and laughter resonating from neighbors’ pools (gosh I wish I had a pool in this heat)…
….air conditioners running nonstop….
i couldn't resist haha
… huffing and puffing from a girl upstairs in her home squatting butt to floor….
my face experienced all of these this morning and it was RAD

Nice! I dunno about sounds of summer, but I can definitely tell you the tastes: corn, peaches, watermelon, & delicious tomatoes fresh from the garden!
if I am ever in a need of a laugh, your blog always makes me! You are hilarious!! Sounds of summer to me is waking up without an alarm clock, but to birds chirping, panting noises as I feel like I’m gonna die on my run(like mile repeats), and the laughter of my 2yr old niece when she spends the night with me. Summer nights always end with the sound of me licking ice cream and grunting to fit more in my belly than a normal persn can hold. This summers gonna have the best sound of all though: Ocean waves and splasing in the pool with my awesome 2 brothers and my 2yr old niece Addison Grace. I just LOVE summer!!!
Hahaha those faces are awful. I know yours look WAY cuter. The sound of slurping the last drops of a cold drink. And when I visit my dad in Arizona, def the cicadas.

Rofl omigosh the air conditioning picture almost made me choke on my water. Brilliant. Some sounds that remind me of summer are the songs of the ice cream truck, splashing in the pool, evening thunderstorms, birds chirping at 4 in the morning, and the popping of popcorn. No idea about that last one… maybe something about summer and movies
